Phnom Penh, 12, May 2011at 3 pm, H.E. Pich Sophoan presided in a Wrap Up Meeting for Mission Review, at the ministry meeting room.

To kick off, H.E paid his gratitude toward all participants, national and international consultant, the representative of ministry of Economic and Finance, as well as Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) delegation presented in the meeting. Next, Mrs, Wendy Duncan, ADB consultant read the meeting objectives, discussing over draft memorandum of understanding prepared herself, to H.E and other participants.

His excellency confirmed the duty and obligation of the National Training Board, the leader in technical and vocational educational training in Cambodia to Mrs. Wendy. Aside than this, His excellency commented to the project operator team, the comments are:
